Our CEO

Rupal Madaan, founder of New Zealand’s leading beauty supplier, Beauty Bazaar, is a trailblazer who has traveled to over 30 countries and collaborated with hundreds of global beauty brands. Recognizing a gap in New Zealand for high-quality, reasonably priced education, she took matters into her own hands. In 2020, she launched Beautique Academy, and since then, we’ve empowered over 350 salons and beauty startups across the country.

With a strong background in Biochemistry from the University of Auckland, Rupal has seamlessly blended her scientific expertise with her passion for beauty.
