Volume is where lash artistry really starts. Hybrid and volume sets let you build fuller, softer, more dramatic looks than classic alone, and they command the highest prices on a lash menu.
This course is for lash techs ready to move beyond classic. You'll refresh the anatomy of the eye and the eye conditions and contraindications to check for, then learn hybrid application, blending classic and volume for a textured finish, and how to hand-make fans for volume and mega volume sets: picking up the right number of lashes, spreading an even fan and attaching it cleanly. You'll learn lash mapping and how to design custom looks for each client's eye shape, adhesive knowledge and allergy awareness, and how to isolate and apply safely to protect the natural lash. You'll also learn infills and safe removal for volume sets. Troubleshooting, product knowledge, hygiene and aftercare are covered throughout.
After a live demonstration, you'll practise on live models under expert guidance.

3 x Models + 1 x Demo, booked into your practical sessions so you finish having worked on real clients.
A year of tutor support
Technique and product troubleshooting for twelve months after you certify, plus help with your NZ Health Protection licence.
Paying for your course
Pay in full, or spread it over four or six weeks with invoices sent to you each week. Afterpay is also accepted.
A 20% deposit holds your dates with an expert educator. The balance is then split across your chosen plan. Need longer than six weeks? Ask us and we will try to accommodate you.
